The BATC18650X8 is a wholesale eight pack. The BATC18650X8 kit comes with eight 18650 sized rechargeable batteries and four of the fast chargers. The world of power cells are constantly changing. The 18650 battery technology has matured so now the power cells can be found in home electronics and not just tool manufacturers. Since these are relatively new they are not standardized like the ones you currently are familiar like the AAA and D sizes batteries.
